In her new role, she will be responsible for leading client and business relationships in the region; designing and implementing tailored solutions with a strategic and business-oriented approach.
Carmen brings over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of leadership, culture, and business transformation. She has held senior leadership roles at Accenture (YSC Consulting) and LVMH, partnering with organisations across Latin America to strengthen leadership capabilities and drive meaningful change.
She combines deep expertise in organisational psychology with a strong commercial mindset, allowing her to connect human development with business impact. Carmen has a strong track record of advising senior leaders, leading transformation initiatives, and building trusted, long-term client relationships.
