With more than 25 years of experience, Carmen leads our business and client relationships as Partner in Mexico. Half of her career has been dedicated to consulting and coaching CEOs, Regional and Country VPs/Directors and GMs individually, as well as senior leadership teams across diverse industries, backgrounds, and cultures. Alongside her practice as a Leadership Consultant, she served as General Manager for Latin America at YSC Consulting and, earlier, as Human Resources Director at LVMH Group, having built her career across a variety of sectors. She holds an MSc in Leadership and Executive Coaching from the University of Barcelona, is an Organizational Psychologist from ITESM, an Executive Coach certified by the College of Executive Coaching in the U.S., and has a diploma in Design Thinking from Stanford University, in addition to certifications in a variety of relevant tools and models.

Passionate about culture, inclusion, well-being, environmental responsibility, and sustainability, Carmen partners with clients to design and implement tailored solutions aligned with their strategic and business goals. Clients and coachees deeply value her empathetic yet strategic and business-oriented approach to understanding their context, their authentic selves, and to envisioning and realizing their most powerful future—both in their roles as business leaders and as individuals.

Beyond her professional life, she dedicates time to painting—primarily in oil—and to cultivating her appreciation of art in all its forms. She is passionate about travel, embracing it as a way to discover new ways of living, to immerse herself in the historical and artistic richness of diverse cultures, and to connect with the beauty of nature.
