His sector experience covers energy, telecom, media, real estate, health care, breweries, automobiles, financial services, information technology, knowledge process offshoring and manufacturing.

Rajeev’s foray into executive coaching, facilitation and consulting is a further extension of his experience and capabilities in leading and mentoring high-performance teams in dynamic organizations and across countries, cultures and under complex situations.

As an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach and facilitator, Rajeev has been involved in engagements encompassing vision setting, strategy facilitation, emotional intelligence, collaborating across cultures, personal branding, trusted advisor, conflict management and leadership development. His clientele has been mainly chief experience officers (CXOs) and high performers in global organizations.
As a thought leader, Rajeev has researched and written on the topic of Tolerance Quotient™ — a cluster of leadership variables that are distinct from traditional EQ and IQ constructs.
He now mentors young entrepreneurs under NASSCOM’s 10000 Start-ups program across India. Rajeev is also a qualified chartered accountant and cost and works accountant.
