Piedad is a dynamic professional and change agent with an innovative mindset and communication skills. She worked 20 years in a wide range of functions at international corporations in Europe and Latin America. She spent the last 15 years in leadership positions within the human resources function, which led her to move into the field of coaching and talent development.
During the course of her professional career, Piedad worked within a variety of industries in companies that include Lloyds TSB Bank, Lucent Technologies, Unisys Corporation and NH Hotel Group. Such diversity taught her the challenges of our complex business world. Today she capitalizes this experience when advising organizations and management teams.
As part of her human resources experience, Piedad had the opportunity to lead the function across Latin America for Unisys Corporation and NH Hotel Group. During this time, she was in charge of initiatives such as dimensioning and implementing the human resources structures for expansions, leading top executives development, creating regional talent programs and supporting the creation of new business models.
Piedad holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in corporate communication from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain, and a postgraduate diploma in human resources management and development from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom.
Piedad lives in Colombia between Bogotá and the countryside with her husband and has a passion for studying, reading and painting.
