Philippe is working in companies as a speaker, coach and trainer. He spent six years in a monastery between 18 and 24 years old and discovered China as a missionary. His background in philosophy, theology and mandarin Chinese has been completed in 1994 by a Master in Company Administration (IAE). He has been certified from the Dojo Coaching School (Paris) in 2006.
After 10 years in France within ALSTOM Transport SA, his dream becomes reality: He is sent to Shanghai to manage a metro project as finance, human resources and local manager. This experience in a multicultural context is an opportunity to capitalize on “Happiness at Work,” the core of his today’s activity.
Philippe enjoys speaking and writing. When he published his first book “Le Bonheur au travail” (Les Editions du Siecle) in July 2010, happiness at work was a strange subject for companies. Today, this subject is a concern, not to be a problem anymore. More and more companies are asking him to talk about it to increase awareness. He has done a TEDx Talk in EMLyon in November 2013 and is columnist for Lexpress.fr magazine.
As team facilitator and trainer, Philippe helps managers to create the conditions of happiness at work, delegating with trust in order to have time to lead the team and develop the individual talents. His passion for games transforms the training sessions into pleasant moments where everybody can reflect on one’s daily way of working, feel the importance of emotions at work and the benefits from mutual aid. In 2016, he provided 54 days of training in nine companies located in France and in China.
The YES WE CAN Groups® he created in 2008 is an efficient post-training service to develop mutual help between trainees and ensure the implementation of the individual commitment taken by the trainees.
In 2016, Philippe coached individually 16 managers (154 hours). In partnership with AKTEOS, he has provided 26 days of training to eight companies about the Chinese culture.
