Nathalie is a coach and consultant with two decades background experience doing marketing, sales and major account management in global organizations and multicultural settings. In her career, she has been involved in corporate reorganizations and mergers as well as change and performance initiatives. Most of her work has been in the IT and financial services sectors. As a major account manager at Gartner for six years, Nathalie took on both sales and coordination roles. In addition to being responsible for the sales of research and strategic consulting services, she acted as a supervisor of the sales representatives in a major cross-border European Financial Services team.
For the past nine years, Nathalie has been a full-time coach working with leaders, executives and salespeople. She helps companies to reach outstanding business results working on mindsets and skills with the guiding principle “performance and alignment go hand in hand,” aligning business goals with personal values and helping teams to fulfill their purpose and vision. This is done by helping people connect to their true nature, express it skillfully at work, guiding the emergence of leadership in individuals and developing the necessary skills. She mostly works in one-on-one settings on personal development plans and also hosts small group workshops. Her coaching style is direct and empathic.
She is passionate about learning, conscious growth and the link with expected business results. She likes travelling, nature, trekking, yoga and gardening.
She has a degree in German philology from the Université de Liège. She has also completed a number of training courses, including the NLP Master Practitioner course at the Institut Ressources in Belgium and a Coaching Course at the Institut Repères in Paris. Further, Nathalie finalized a mindfulness course with Emergences in Belgium, leadership workshop with Robert Dilts and a Philosophy/Spirituality and Management workshop. She has one son and currently resides in Brussels, Belgium.
