Former business development manager at KPN responsible for European internet provider strategy and M&A. Executive education at IMD and Ashridge College and holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology on Leadership and the Psychology of Motivation.      

Lars is an executive coach, researcher, and an expert in the psychology of leadership and motivation. He works with leaders to develop a work culture where excellence in performance goes hand in hand with personal growth and self -development. Promoting well-being and motivation are central to his work. 

As a coach, he has over 20 years of experience in various organizations and industries, including Automotive, Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Home Appliances, Pharma, and Retail. 

He was a mentor and program coach at the leading American-Chilean coaching school Newfield Network (Co., USA) and worked in their programs in Asia, Europe, South Africa and the USA. He was a coach and lecturer in the Global Leadership Program at the International Christian University (ICU), Tokyo, Japan. He teaches courses on coaching and leadership at the University of Amsterdam and Nyenrode Business University

Lars has two daughters and lives in Friesland, the Netherlands, where he enjoys sailing, gardening, classical guitar, and cooking.
