Kingshuk Ganguly is an Executive Coach and Facilitator with over 30 years of leadership experience and more than 4,000 hours of coaching across 20 countries. A member of the Axialent Facilitator Network since 2012, he partners with senior leaders at global organizations including Cisco, Microsoft, Bosch Siemens, TELUS Digital, and Bank Mandiri.
Before becoming an entrepreneur in 2011, Kingshuk held leadership roles at CRISIL (an S&P Global company), AXA, Fidelity, GE, L&T, and Tube Investments. At AXA Singapore he created the Transition Coaching Program, which earned a Global Best Practice Award in 2010. He also owns the U.S. Copyright for the Change Readiness Index, a diagnostic tool that helps organizations assess their readiness before launching large-scale transformations.
His practice focuses on executive transitions, new leader onboarding, succession planning, and high-potential assessment. He has guided senior bankers stepping into CXO roles managing multi-billion-dollar portfolios, supported a Fortune 50 Telecom VP transitioning into an APAC leadership role with a USD 700M P&L, and coached venture-backed startup CXOs across Media, AI, Data Analytics, and Education. In 2020 he co-created India’s first CEO Group Coaching program together with Dr. Marshall Goldsmith.
Kingshuk holds an MBA in Finance from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (Mumbai) and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He trained at Harvard Law School (Negotiation), CCL Singapore, the Tavistock Institute (UK), MIT + IDEO (Design Thinking), and ISABS. A 2008 Fellow of The Wharton School and former Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital (a Harvard Medical School affiliate), he is currently pursuing his MCC credential from the ICF. He is based in Mumbai, India.
