Kat Niewiadomska, PHD, PCC is a global Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant who blends her engineering, business and behavioral science background to help high-performers succeed. She has over 15 years of experience working with startups, SME’s, NGO’s and multinational organizations in the Middle East, Europe and the United States including Deloitte, Nestlé, Adidas, Ernst & Young, and Careem ride-sharing on topics such as Creativity and Innovation, Strategy, Design Thinking, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Development.
Prior to becoming a coach, Kat spent 6 years as a design engineer and consultant, working on cutting edge technologies with governmental, military and non-governmental organizations in the United States and Europe (Office of Naval Research, NATO). She was also an Adjunct Professor and taught Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Design Thinking at top-rated universities in the Middle East.
Kat has a Master’s degree in Engineering from MIT in Cambridge, MA and a PhD in Environmental Sciences from Paris 6, Sorbonne, France. She has certifications in Team Leadership and Innovation of Products and Services from MIT, is certified in Co-active Coaching and Creativity Coaching, and is an accredited facilitator in Team Building (Team Management Systems®) and Emotional Intelligence (Emotions and Behaviors at Work®).
Kat is also a certified Mind-Body Skills practitioner and teaches stress management and resilience building within her community. She is passionate about art, athletics and the outdoors. She lives in South Florida, USA with her 3 kids.
