Joa is a facilitator and coach resourcing people to more fully access and embody their unique strengths and what matters to them and make positive shifts that will ripple out into all areas of life.
She brings with her a background of working as a project manager implementing large projects for clients including The Cooperative Group, Pret a Manger, Abbey Road Studios, Volkswagen Germany. As well as setting up and running a charity supporting disadvantaged people into work.
Joa trained in leadership and coaching 15 years ago with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and in project management (Open University) and international business (University degree in France) many years ago!
She sees the work we do and how we bring ourselves to our work life as a big part of our journey as human beings. She is driven by the belief of the possibilities that can be created in our families, communities and organizations — if we can continue to be brave enough to show up fully and support each other to do the same.
She’s witnessed that lasting change and growth come from addressing our underlying beliefs. How taking a step back from the ‘to do’ list and stepping into a coaching relationship and learning tools for greater insight can create new perspectives that moves us towards a more balanced life, deeper connection to purpose, less stress, greater sense of fulfilment, self awareness as well as impacting what we can create and achieve in this one wild and precious life.
Her recent clients include The House of Commons, Tata Steel, Shell and EDP at VP level as part of the Xynteo Leadership Vanguard Project, PSA (Peugeot Societe Anonyme).
