He has successfully led significant positive transformations across Total Sites, entire countries, and the Total Latin America Regional Commercial and Multifunctional Organizations, as well as Global Business Units, Global Business Services, and Global Corporate HR Practices.
He has developed deep mastery and experience in enabling, coaching, partnering, advising, and mentoring leadership teams and leaders at all levels — from shop-floor technicians to C-Suite executives — across cultures worldwide. His focus is on helping them become Servant, Conscious, and Intentional Leaders who lead with love, connecting company and personal purpose to elevate performance and achieve personal fulfillment for everyone involved.
He has lived and worked in four countries — Mexico, Brazil, Panama, and the United States — and has built a wonderful family, cherishing every experience along the way. This journey inspired him to become a writer, publishing a book on how to be a more Intentional Family, with the goal of inspiring other families within their own unique contexts.
He is an advocate and change agent for Inclusion and Wellbeing as core business and personal growth strategies. A passionate, hands-on philanthropist, he is always seeking ways to serve and improve the communities where he lives and works.
