Franco led several client programs, including multiple projects with Mercado Libre or Facebook. Franco manages his team´s client portfolio and oversees the yearly Business Visibility Plan and business pipeline, and also enjoys training, developing and motivating his team.
He joined Axialent for the first time in 2011, managing client projects and coordinating a team of consultants in Latin America’s largest market, Brazil. He then worked a year and a half at Accenture Argentina, and in 2014 moved to London to complete a MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics (LSE).
After working in London for some years, Franco returned to Argentina in 2017 with the objective of deploying his experience in a global organization, and re-joined Axialent as a Project Manager working on cross-regional projects. Franco’s impact within Axialent led to his promotion as a Business Manager, where he focuses on helping achieve his vision of building bridges between business needs and a more human approach with sustainable practices. Throughout 2020, Franco helped coordinate Axialent´s transformation to provide fully virtual programs to our clients, deploying virtual platforms, collaborating with consultants to redesign programs, and training his colleagues.
In his free time, Franco enjoys traveling, playing sports, reading and spending time with family and friends.
