Esteban is an Executive Coach certified by the International Coach Federation, Leadership Trainer, Medical Doctor specialized in Psychiatry and Professor of Medicine. Drawing from a deep understanding of human behavior, learning processes and corporate life Esteban implements leadership development solutions that link individual effectiveness to organizational performance. Esteban designs and facilitates workshops, experiential learning activities and coaching sessions in Spanish (native), English and Portuguese (full proficiency) both in a face to face or virtual setting for regional and global audiences. Esteban has 9 years of corporate experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He worked in local and regional positions in companies such as Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer Inc. and Novartis Pharma.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certified by the ICF he is the coauthor of the book “El Coaching. Un mundo de posibilidades“. Esteban conducts individual and team executive coaching sessions and he is able to interpret a wide variety of personality assessments and inventories (360°, MBTI, Influence Style Indicator, FIRO-B, etc.). He has over 12 years helping clients to develop and maximize their skills in different areas of their lives (Professional and Personal), and thus, achieve extraordinary results, deepen self-awareness, boost performance and improve quality of life. He Implements Career Plan Coaching. He coached clients from first line managers to C-Level executives.
