Connie Busto is the CEO of Axialent Global, leading the company’s global transformation, growth, and strategic evolution. She is responsible for driving business performance and cultural excellence across markets, ensuring Axialent continues to inspire authentic leadership and build high-performing organizations around the world.

Before assuming her current role, Connie spent seven years as a highly successful Partner, developing strategic relationships with key clients and leading major culture transformation and leadership development programs. Her commercial leadership and ability to connect business strategy with human development were central to Axialent’s expansion and long-term success.

Connie’s career spans over 15 years in multinational companies and the technology sector, where she held various management and leadership positions — including Business Analysis Manager, Product Market Manager, Special Projects Manager, and Investor Relations Manager. She began her professional journey at MetroRED Argentina, later moving to Mexico to lead business development and strategic planning for new ventures. Upon returning to Argentina, she joined Axialent as Business Manager for Europe and was soon promoted to CFO, playing a key role in the company’s restructuring and leadership transition.

As a consultant in culture and leadership development and an executive coach for over a decade, Connie is passionate about working with leaders and teams to help them unlock their potential and become truly high-performing, purpose-driven groups.

She was born in Buenos Aires and lives with her husband and two children. She finds inspiration in nature. She is a passionate sailor and licensed skipper — always navigating, whether on water or in transformation, with clarity, precision, and intention.
