Christian has developed his professional career through more than 25 years in the areas of oil and gas, manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods.
He has held senior positions as global head of learning, group employee engagement manager, Western Europe OE — learning and development and talent manager, and global change — cultural manager.
Christian’s focus is on helping organizations drive up their performance through leadership development and behavior coaching.
With a distinct passion for building strong leadership and culturally resilient teams, he is known for facilitating from the heart, being challenging while empathetic, sharing professional and personal experiences that result in a strong and unique ability to inspire, influence and motivate people cross-culturally.
He is recognized for client rapport and interpersonal skills that lead to robust business partnering and trust-based relationships, thus helping people thrive and perform.
Born in Argentina and brought up in Brazil, he has lived in London, England, and is currently living in Barcelona, Spain. Over the years, he obtained extensive travel experience, managing transnationally and leading projects throughout Europe, the United States, Asia and Latin America. Christian quickly adapts to diverse locations, cultures and work environments.
Christian is married and has two teenage children. He is an avid marathon runner and, in his free time, practices yoga and is engaged in charitable work.
