Catia developed her career in the corporate world in marketing and communications and retail auditing, having occupied leadership positions in national and multinational companies from the luxury segment, services and manufacturing. She has studied and worked in different countries such as England, Switzerland and Germany, and spent eight years in Italy.

In 2005, she started a post-degree in career consulting driven by her desire to help people in their professional and personal development, building a new career for herself as a coach, career transition and talent development consultant. From this moment on, she has helped young and senior leaders from Brazilian and multinational organizations through career counseling, executive coaching, leadership development programs and culture change.

Catia has acquired experience in a great range of industries such as food, pharmaceutical, finance, media and entertainment, agro-industry, cosmetics and telecommunications. Nestlé, Danone, AstraZeneca, Natura, Banco Itaú, Cielo, Vivo, Grupo Ultra, Grupo Abril, Syngenta, SC Johnson, Unilever and Cisco are some of the companies she has served. She is currently involved in leadership development and culture change programs in Brazil and Latin America.

Prior to Axialent, she worked with DBM-LHH, and she collaborates with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) for leadership development programs in Latin America.

Catia lives in São Paulo, Brazil, and enjoys her free time playing tennis, beach tennis, running, practicing yoga and meditation, and traveling.
