Agustín has more than 30 years of management experience across several industries, geographies, and multinational companies, including Pernod Ricard, Walmart and Mastercard. He built his career in areas such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Corporate Strategy, and E-Commerce. Over the last decade, he held roles as General Manager and Divisional President, overseeing operations across several countries in Latin America. He has consistently delivered results by leading growth and transformation projects, focusing on strategy, customer-centricity, and the leadership of high-performance teams and cultures.
Agustín is married, has three daughters, and currently lives in Buenos Aires after five years in London, where he managed global brands. Today he works as a Strategic Advisor for Boards and C-Level teams, with a special focus on connecting Strategy, Leadership, and Culture.
