Moving at the Speed of Change

Agility. Innovation. Digitalization. AI. Whatever the challenge, we focus on the hardest part: the human side of change. Because tech doesn’t transform companies. People do.

Tech Investments Fail When They Ignore Our Humanity

Innovation. Digitalization. AI. Corporations pour millions upon millions into new technologies. Into attempts to be more innovative and agile. Yet most of these efforts collapse. Why?

Because it’s never about the tech. It’s never about the strategy. It’s always about the people — struggling to change how they think and how they work.

And this is where we come in.

We Succeed Because
We Work Inside-Out

Technology can change with a click of a button. New approaches can be introduced in minutes. Human change is slower. Much more nuanced.

For over 20 years, we’ve worked with the world’s leading corporations to close this gap. To create change that lasts.

Our approach starts on the inside. Not just inside the organization, but inside the human mind. We work with leaders and teams to shift the mindsets and behavioral habits that drive performance.

This is how transformation sticks. Not as a one-off program, but as a cultural norm.

It Takes All Three Levels to Ensure Change Scales and Lasts

Systems - The formal structures that organize how work is planned, managed, and measured, such as hierarchies, tools, and decision-making.

Symbols - Expressions of corporate values and beliefs, such as icons, events, rituals, and narratives.

Processes - The regular steps people follow to get things done, such as hiring, selling, or developing products.

Digital Transformation & AI Adoption

It’s not just about tech adoption – it’s about human adoption of tech

Most digital transformations fail. Companies pour millions into new tools and processes, but adoption stalls. The reason: they focus on technology and strategy while ignoring how people think, feel, and collaborate.

We start with the human side. Leaders and teams confront the fears, habits, and cultural dynamics that prevent adoption. They build new mindsets, behaviors, and practices that make change stick.

The result: People embrace new tools. New processes. New systems. And the business impact follows naturally.

A masterclass for leaders guiding digital and AI transformation.

It focuses on the shift in mindset required to lead change.

Blending human potential with innovation, it helps leaders build cultures that are adaptive and future-ready.

Managers and team leaders need to rethink their role in the age of AI. It’s no longer about controlling tasks — it’s about enabling outcomes, shaping mindsets, and creating the conditions where teams and technology can thrive together.

This masterclass helps leaders:

  • Shift their mindset from “owner of tasks” to “enabler of results.”
  • Lead teams through AI adoption by shaping new norms and habits.
  • Balance ethical use of AI with smart delegation of work.

AI potential cannot be fulfilled without leadership that knows how to make it real. This program is designed for C-level leaders who need to:

  • Develop a digital mindset that connects AI strategy with business outcomes.
  • Understand how work culture and leadership, not tools alone, make transformation stick.
  • Lead with clarity, balancing speed of adoption with ethics and long-term value.

What’s included:

– Self-Assessment: Offers a baseline for your leadership style and growth potential.

– Day 1: Becoming a Conscious Digital Leader

– Day 2: Transforming Culture & Strategy Through AI

Innovation & Value Creation

From pilots to lasting business impact

Innovation often stalls. Companies launch pilots and creative ideas, but without the right conditions nothing sticks. Barriers in leadership, processes, and work culture prevent innovation from scaling.

Innovation thrives when work culture enables it. Leaders must spark curiosity, teams need safety to experiment, and systems should reward learning, not just certainty.

We go beyond workshops and frameworks to develop the mindsets, behaviors, and systems that make innovation a repeatable capability.

The result: creativity that doesn’t just launch projects but creates lasting business value.

Innovation starts with the basics. This masterclass introduces the fundamentals of innovation and creativity and shows why they matter in today’s fast-changing world.

Participants explore key processes that spark innovation.

Mental models shape how leaders see reality and make decisions — often limiting what they see. This program helps participants  surface and challenge these models, expanding their perspective to spot new opportunities “hidden” in complexity.

They learn to uncover the “core truth” behind others’ expectations and use those insights to guide better decisions. Practical tools help them apply a growth mindset in daily work, increasing adaptability, learning, and impact.

What’s included:

-Part 1 Unlocking Growth: Transforming Mindsets and Habits

-Part 2 Seeing with New Eyes: Discovering Insights Beyond the Surface

Most leaders solve the problem in front of them, not the real one holding them back.

This program, based on Thomas Wedell-Wedellsborg’s framework from What’s Your Problem? (Harvard, 2020), trains leaders to master the art of reframing.

Participants learn to challenge assumptions, shift perspectives, and uncover the problem behind the problem — so they can solve what truly matters.

Format: 4 facilitated sessions (90 min each)
Follow-up: A self-led microlearning module reinforces reframing techniques. An AI Coach then helps participants apply them to their personal challenges in a confidential setting.

Innovation doesn’t happen in isolation — it’s a team sport. This hands-on program gives teams the mindsets, behaviors, and tools to generate and implement creative solutions together.

Through shared language, roles, and thinking strategies, participants learn to unlock breakthrough ideas.

The outcome: an innovation culture where collaboration thrives and business results follow.

Formats:

-2-day in person workshop, 8-12 participants

-1.5 days online synchronous, structured in 3 hour blocks.

Innovation becomes real only when it tackles real-life problems head-on. This workshop builds a team’s innovation capacity by combining collaboration, climate design, and structured problem-solving methods (Synectics® and Diamond).

Participants work from insight to execution, applying proven techniques to move quickly toward clear, practical solutions they can use right away.

Formats: groups of 8-12people

-1-day or 2 half-days in-person session (also available as online synchronous sessions)

This program equips teams to tackle their toughest business challenges with speed and clarity.
Over four weeks, participants move from problem reframing to solution ideation and prototype validation — generating solutions that stick.

The sprint model builds alignment across functions, strengthens innovation muscle, and ensures that new ideas move quickly from concept to action.

Format:

  • Virtual kick-off
  • 3-day in-person session
  • Virtual follow-up coaching

Some challenges are too complex for quick fixes. They require deep exploration, bold ideas, and disciplined execution. This program is designed for real-life, complex business challenges where motivations and hidden needs must be uncovered before meaningful solutions can emerge.

What’s included:

M1: Focus (3 days) – Align on the challenge and set clear goals

M2: Immersion (4 weeks async) – Deep research into target audience reality

M3: Insights (2–3 days) – Extract meaning and define opportunities

M4: Invention (TBD) – Generate bold solutions and refine concepts

M5: Innovation (1–2 days) – Prototype, validate, and prepare for execution

With expert facilitation, teams achieve real results today and build their innovation muscle for tomorrow.

Pilots are easy. Scaling is hard. Too often, innovation dies after a few experiments. This program transforms a company’s approach to innovation, turning it into a strategic capability that creates long-lasting impact.

We help organizations embed innovation into work culture, leadership, and systems. Through a phased, organization-wide journey focused on real organizational challenges, participants:

  • Assess readiness and align leadership.
  • Launch pilot initiatives
  • Co-create an innovation model that grows and evolves with the business.
  •

The result: innovation shifts from isolated projects to an enterprise-wide capability that lasts.

Activities: Diagnostics, innovation projects, workshops, process design, coaching, and training.

Organizational Agility & Adaptability

Most companies chase agility through new processes and frameworks. But speed alone doesn’t solve silos, resistance, or burnout. Too often, the focus is on mechanics while the human foundations are ignored.

We build agility from the inside out. Leaders and teams shift from control to trust, from perfection to experimentation, from passivity to ownership. Collaboration and psychological safety turn agility from a toolset into a way of working.

The result: Individuals move from doing agile to being agile. Teams align. The organization moves at the speed of change.

Most leadership programs stop at skills and tools. But in today’s world, agility is less about running faster and more about shifting how leaders think, act, and show up. Without mindset and behavior change, agile frameworks remain surface-level and fail to transform organizations. We help leaders move from awareness to action.

What’s included:

  • Assessment to reveal leadership style and identify enablers and blockers to agility
  • M1: Leading from Mindset – Uncover their mental models, clarify which habits to shift, and commit to personal experiments that build adaptability.
  • M2: Leading Through Behavior – Translate insights into daily practices—collaborating, discovering, and seizing opportunities—while aligning with peers on a shared leadership approach.
  • Practice & Coaching – Between sessions, leaders apply new habits, get feedback, and refine through 1:1 coaching and team commitments.

The result: leaders who don’t just do agile, but lead with agility—equipping their teams to adapt, align, and thrive at the speed of change.

This program helps Leaders to better understand the power of their mindsets as a critical lever for succeeding with the Agile transformation. Participants will enhance essential skills needed in the Agile world –  and know how to use them to foster adaptability, innovation and speed in their teams. They will Increase the efficiency of their teams by encouraging self-responsibility, self-organization and feedback and by engaging them for new ways of working together

Silos slow organizations down, weaken collaboration, and limit innovation. This program helps leaders break them down by building the mindset and skills to foster stronger cross-functional partnerships.

Participants learn to manage polarities, map and engage stakeholders, and use collaborative communication techniques that drive alignment and shared goals. Through interactive exercises and real-world applications, leaders practice shifting from isolated thinking to enterprise-wide collaboration.

The outcome: a leadership culture that values partnership, strengthens organizational effectiveness, and unlocks the power of collective impact.

Formats: 1-day in person | 2 × 4h virtual sessions
