Fran: You shared, I think, three things or intentions for your life, that’s how you-
Nithya: Yes.
Fran: So can you share a bit more?
Nithya: Yeah, so one of them is to keep learning, keep learning, keep reflecting, keep growing. And out of the thing I learn, to really not just leave at learning but to really practice it and apply it. It’s one thing to just hear something once and forget it, and then to really practice it, and then from the practice, the things that really touch my life and really seem to make a difference, and to share that. So these are the three elements of my life: learning, practicing, and sharing. And of course they all connect to each other, when I share I learn, as I learn and I practice, it gets integrated, I can share better.
So they’re very much connected and I’d like to see myself not as an expert but really having a beginner’s mind, always approaching things afresh and seeing, how can I look at things afresh? How can I share things afresh? How can they be more meaningful? More insightful, more impactful for me and the people I work with
