Glojuri is a curious, energetic, and inquisitive person who thrives on challenging herself with new opportunities. Originally from Venezuela, she has been living in Argentina since 2017.

She is a Senior Technician in Foreign Trade, holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies, is a Specialist in International Business, and earned an MBA from UNMDP. She describes herself as a “Human Connections Advisor” due to her strong empathy and service-oriented approach—qualities that have propelled her throughout her career in commercial roles. Her experience spans multiple industries, including biotechnology, food, and foreign trade. She has also held multidisciplinary roles that have helped her develop a broad understanding of business and the complexities of building high-performance teams.

Passionate about cultural diversity, she has collaborated not only with companies across LATAM but also with Asian investors.

Glojuri joined Axialent in 2021 as a Sales Analyst and later moved into a Project Manager role. She began by providing support across various tasks and eventually led her first project with Heritage B in 2022. Since then, she has contributed to numerous initiatives involving business development, digital projects , business analytics and  leadership project coordination related to conscious business and risk management.
