Constanza Busto has been the CEO of Axialent since February 2025, leading the company with a deep commitment to cultural transformation and leadership development.
Her career began at MetroRED Argentina, where she spent six years in the commercial area before being transferred to the Mexico subsidiary. There, she focused on developing business plans for new ventures, designing and implementing business models, and driving strategic projects.
After returning to Argentina, Constanza decided to pivot her career toward organizational culture and leadership development. She joined Axialent as a Business Manager for Europe, leveraging her business expertise while expanding her skills as a coach and consultant. Within a year, she was promoted to CFO, playing a key role in the company’s restructuring and leadership transition. She later took on the role of Client Engagement Director for Argentina, where she successfully designed the region’s market strategy, sales process, branding initiatives, and P&L management.
In addition to her leadership roles, Constanza has worked as a facilitator and consultant on cultural transformation projects for local clients. Her passion for helping organizations and leaders navigate change has been a driving force throughout her career.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Argentina and a graduate specialization in Marketing from the University of San Andrés. Her contributions have earned her multiple recognitions, including Employee of the Year and the President’s Club Award for outstanding performance and commitment.
Born in Buenos Aires, she lives with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, skating, playing tennis, and skiing.
