Marisa has been a member of the Axialent community since 2010. She is an experienced project manager who has dealt with a large amount of projects in several regions like Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Both an Argentinian and Swiss citizen, she graduated in science of communication from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and holds a master’s degree in management and commercial administration from Escuela Europea de Administración y Empresa from Madrid, Spain.

Marisa is a team player who likes changes and challenges. She has worked in Argentina and Switzerland in different branches and places ranging from large multinationals to international tribunals. In addition, Marisa has a keen interest in volunteerism and has worked for different nonprofit organizations.

She is fluent in Spanish, English and German and has a good Italian level.

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she currently lives in Winterthur, Switzerland, with her family. In her spare time, Marisa enjoys swimming and traveling to new destinations and indulges her love of books, puzzles and movies.

She also has a great interest in history, philosophy and humanitarian affairs.

Camila holds a Business Administration degree from the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Four years ago, she joined Axialent’s finance department and then became a project manager.

She has knowledge and experience in the management of figures, particularly in budgeting, and in the follow-up of projects’ income and costs. She specializes in project management, and her strengths are coordination agility and practicality and, mainly, human relations.

At present, she collaborates with clients from different Latin American countries.

Camila considers that the alignment between the values of the company where she works and her own values is essential, prompting her to offer her maximum potential in every situation that she faces.

She enjoys traveling and loves to visit new places and learn new cultures. She is interested in photography, theater and dancing. In her free time, she enjoys practicing sports as well as cooking and spending time with her close relatives.

Pia brings over 15 years of experience leading global leadership and cultural transformation programs. As a strong advocate of Conscious Business, she actively promotes and lives these principles every day. Her commitment to excellence has been recognized with awards in 2008 and 2012 for delivering outstanding experiences to her clients at Axialent.

Her journey has taken her across Northern Africa, Latin America, and Scandinavia, helping her gain a deep understanding of different cultures and ability to adapt to new environments. Pia is a multilingual consultant with a keen understanding of cultural dynamics, allowing her to engage effectively across different cultures. Her approach emphasizes on empathy and respect, fostering collaborative environments that drive results. With a strong ability to anticipate and address organizational needs, she consistently delivers value-driven outcomes aligned with strategic goals.

Pia has worked in areas like Diagnostics, where she specialized in quantitative and qualitative research and assessment tools. In 2013, she moved into client-facing roles, working with European and global accounts across industries such as financial services, telecommunications, consumer goods, government and non-profit organizations. Her key strengths include strategic planning, instructional design, and leading cultural change processes.

She holds a master’s degree in Development Studies from Uppsala University and a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Stockholm University. Pia is also certified in Adaptive Mindset for Agility® from The Social Intelligence Company, and Life Styles Inventory from Human Synergistics.

Currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Pia enjoys practicing Pilates and Tai Chi in her spare time, as well as spending quality time with her family and friends.

Franco loves to help clients improve their business performance and global reach through a human and comprehensive approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative methods to succeed and grow. He flourishes working in dynamic environments with a global perspective, with colleagues of diverse cultures, and he learns from daily challenges and seeks to spread this feeling to colleagues and clients.

Franco holds an undergraduate degree in international affairs, during which he completed an exchange program in Washington, D.C. In 2011, Franco joined Axialent for the first time, managing projects in Brazil, Latin America’s largest market. Franco lived in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as a child. He enjoys working closely with Brazilian clients and consultants and understands the local culture, challenges and opportunities.

After gaining professional experience in the e-commerce sector in Argentina, Franco felt it was time to deepen his international exposure and take his career to the next level. He moved to the United Kingdom and earned a Master of Science degree in international political economy from the London School of Economics. Franco then worked as an associate consultant for the Western Europe team of a global risk assessment, integrity and business intelligence consulting company. This experience further nurtured his international and multicultural spirit and strengthened his consulting sector knowledge and business acumen.

In 2017, Franco returned to Argentina with the objective of deploying his experience in a global organization. He rejoined Axialent as a project manager, working on cross-regional projects, to help fulfill his vision of building a bridge between business needs and a more human approach with sustainable practices. He currently helps a leading global social media company consolidate its Protagonist and Learner mindsets while improving business results as well as growing the project from a regional Latin America reach to a comprehensive global program.

In his free time, Franco enjoys traveling, playing sports, reading, meeting new people and spending time with family and friends.

Charlie has been related to Axialent since the beginning, supporting its growth and expansion in the different countries where Axialent is present through its subsidiaries. As a chief financial officer and director, he is responsible for all the accounting, financial, legal, tax, planning, management control and compliance processes, including all Axialent shareholder-related issues.

He graduated as an accountant and has a bachelor’s degree in administration from Universidad de Buenos Aires. He started his working career and professional training at Price Waterhouse Audit Department. Before joining Axialent, he was part of the team of strategic planning at Banco Bansud. Afterward, he served as administrative manager at Heller Financial Bank.

Charlie lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and enjoys traveling and cooking for his friends.

Frank Dannenhauer is a trusted advisor and caring thought partner and coach for executives. He draws from more than 20 years’ industry experience in senior strategic and operational roles in the technology domain and leading teams in more than 40 countries across the globe. He has a strong track record in leading large-scale transformation programs, namely shifts of strategy, globalization, mergers and acquisitions, downsizing and restructuring.

His passion is to help individuals and organisations to connect to their true nature and grow, especially in challenging times.

Frank had a long and successful career with Merck, a leading pharmaceuticals and chemicals group in Germany. He then created his consulting and coaching company in Switzerland, working for clients across industries, for example in automotive, pharmaceuticals and in agile development centres.

Frank holds a Master of Business Administration. Additionally, he holds an executive master’s degree in clinical organisational psychology from INSEAD, France. Today, Frank lives near Frankfurt in Germany.

Constanza currently works as client engagement director the region of Argentina.

In her daily work, she combines her extensive experience in management and administration with her new passion as a consultant for organizational culture change and coach.

With more than 15 years of experience in multinational companies and telecommunications technology, she served as a leader in various positions: manager of business analysis, market manager of product, special projects manager and investor relations.

Connie began her career at MetroRED Argentina where she worked for six years in the commercial area and then was transferred to the subsidiary of Mexico. There she devoted herself to the development of business plans for new business, defining and implementing design projects and business models.

Back in Argentina, Connie decided to turn around her career and joined Axialent as business manager in Europe, with the idea of applying her business skills and also develop as a coach and consultant.

She was promoted to CFO the following year. In this role, she joined the company in its process of restructuring and change of leadership. Currently, she is responsible for market development in Argentina where she designed the strategy and sales process in the region, branding and management of P & L.

She has also served as facilitator and consultant on cultural projects with local customers. She has been trained as a coach. Connie has a degree in business administration from the Catholic University Argentina and has a graduate specialization in marketing from the University of San Andrés. She has been recognized as Employee of the Year several times and with the President’s Club Award in recognition of outstanding performance and commitment to the organization.

She was born in Buenos Aires and lives with her husband and two children. She enjoys cooking, skating, playing tennis and skiing.

 

Ekin runs programs to take leaders and teams to the next performance level. Her expertise includes leadership vevelopment, high performing teams and culture transformation with a systemic focus (Systems Theory). She is a certified coach by Axialent, and Conscious Business Center by Fred Kofman.

Her election to often navigate outside of her comfort zone has been an accelerator for growth throughout her life journey. She has ten years of experience accompanying leaders and teams on their development journey to boost effectiveness. Her clients include multinationals from the financial, social media, airline, and consumer goods industries.

Her 20+ years professional career also includes managerial roles for big brands such as Telefonica, Kellogg, and Ernst & Young in diverse countries. She has a unique set of skills that combines technical, business and human systems skills: She is an industrial engineer, with an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, and a masters degree in systemic family therapy.

She is multicultural and multilingual. Currently, she lives in Mexico City with her family.

Horacio has broad experience in implementing changes and generating great impact on customer companies.

Horacio served as training management at Organización Techint, training hundreds of leaders and professionals for more than six years, within the context of complex change processes, mergers and acquisitions. More recently, Horacio was for almost a decade corporate manager of the human resources department of Grupo Clarín, leading the learning and change process and the executive remuneration practices.

As part of an integral change management strategy, Horacio promoted the application of the “Six Sigma” Process Improvement methodology at Grupo Clarín. To this end, he specialized and received a “Black Belt” from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA).

Horacio is the co-author of “Transformando,” a book on change experiences in Argentine corporations. He has also regularly contributed organizational learning content to MateriaBiz.com, a management and academic website. A professor of several postgraduate programs at different Argentine universities, he is currently professor of “Cultural Change and Organizational Learning” of the “Master in Organizational Coaching” program at the Universidad del Salvador.

Horacio holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Buenos Aires. He is a senior coach certified by the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires and of the LLC of Fred Kofman.

In his spare time, Horacio occasionally composes music and writes and performs in theater comedies.

Alejandra holds a degree in educational sciences and is a spiritual guide. For 18 years, she served as training and new project director at Santa María Spirituality Center.

After a longstanding career as educator, Alejandra decided to commence the coaching professional practice, combining her charisma and experience as a spiritual guide. From this practice, she leads the design and implementation of leadership and cultural transformation processes in corporate, social, educational and religious organizations. She facilitates awareness, value incarnation, communication, and personal and institutional crisis resolution processes. She also provides guidance and advice in regard to team building and consolidation.

She carried out cultural transformation and leadership development processes in the following companies: Falabella, Sodimac, CMR, Entel (Chile), Mi Banco (Perú), Farmacity, Cetelem, Tafilar (Uruguay), El Tejar, Mercado Libre, Wallmart, BBVA, YPF, Pluspetrol, Cloudgaia, Buenos Aires Ministry of Health, and other companies. She also guided the creation and development of teams and branches in several Latin American countries.

Alejandra is married and has four children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, actively participates in her community, offers contemplative retreats, and guides people in finding the way to their heart.
