Our purpose is to empower individuals, teams, and organizations to recognize their true nature and express it skillfully, driving sustainable success.
Axialent is derived from the Greek root “axia,” meaning “worth” or “value,” and the suffix “-lent,” evoking “excellent.” This name represents the integration of ethics and economics, embodying integrity and effectiveness.
Founded in 2002 by MIT professor and Conscious Business pioneer Fred Kofman and entrepreneur Andy Freire, and joined from the outset by Richi Gil and Fran Cherny, Axialent recognized the need for a deeper, more ethical approach to leadership and corporate culture. This vision shaped our core mission: to transform organizations into places where people can express their greatness while creating goods and services that improve lives.
As we look to the future, we will continue to explore innovative ways to inspire meaningful change, embracing cutting-edge technologies, and connecting with more organizations worldwide. We are dedicated to staying at the heart of leadership and culture transformation and excited about helping even more businesses thrive, adapt, and flourish in an ever-evolving world.
Axialent is built to walk the talk – it’s a flat organization made up of hundreds of top consultants. These are unique individuals with a wide range of skills that use every tool available in order to create meaningful transformations.
We are too many to be featured on a website, so these are some of the people that might support you in your journey.
